TRAINING COURSE

During the training course the participants were engaged in sessions on topics such as “Identifying personal strengths and weaknesses“, “Building and maintaining positive relationships or “Developing emotional regulation skills“. Each lesson is part of a full curriculum on Emotional Intelligence (EI) training and education, and will soon be ready to be applied by youth workers and educators.
final evaluation meeting

At their final evaluation meeting, partners discussed and evaluated their achievements, such as a curriculum on Emotional Intelligence, including lessons exercises and a training guidebook for its implementation… everything aimed at strengthening the skills of youth and youth educators in self-awareness, social awareness, self-management, social management and system thinking. Furthermore, partners shared their experiences and feedbacks from the national dissemination conferences held previously.
Each organisation will organise a national conference in March 2025, including at least 30 participants and stakeholders:
- Educators/youth workers
- NGOs and associations working with young people
- Educational institutions
- Local press

NATIONAL CONFERENCE
The national dissemination conference in CZECH REPUBLIC was organized by the project coordinator GEMS, on the 23rd of May 2025. It brought together students, teachers, youth workers, and university teachers.

For the national dissemination conference in ITALY, on 13th of May 2025, SYDIC cooperated with the LINK University in Rome. Overall, more than 50 participants attended the event.

The national dissemination conference in LITHUANIA was held in Kaunas city center, at Piligrim house Domus Pacis, on the 16th of April 2025, organized by partner AKTYVISTAI.

The day of the national dissemination conference in TURKEY saw K-GEM working together with the University of Ankara to manage recruitment, reception, moderate sessions, and facilitate networking opportunities. 30 participants attended the event.
