The online model was created with the aim of mapping the effects of emotional intelligence in managing emotions, stress, conflict and self-confidence. Systems Thinking (ST) and System Dynamics (SD) were used as the methodology for building the model. The model is divided into 7 “sub-systems“, each of which handles a different process.
